LP SmartSide siding prices will range from $5.50 to $10.50 full installed. LP Smartside panels are constructed out of aspen wood with a borate/zinc treatment that is applied to the boards with sealer and resin paper. Typically, LP Smartside boards (made by LP Building Products) are primed at the factory and require periodic painting. They carry a 5 year warranty for the finish, but homeowners should read the warranty carefully so they are aware of the exclusions that always come with siding panels.
