Ultra
The Ultra is Heartland’s builder grade product that mimicks the natural look of real wood siding. It is available in 9 different colors and 3 distinct profiles.

HeartTech Polymer
HeartTech Polymer is a vinyl siding with a subtle wood grain finish to provide a nice, smooth look. The product has a .044 thickness, comes in 4 unique profiles and in 22 different Heartland siding colors. The product received a 77 from Consumer Reports – a very good score for the cost.

Autumnwood
Autumnwood has a soft woodbark finish and subtle sophistication that comes in a .042 thickness and is available in 5 profiles and 15 siding colors.

Cedar Peaks
Cedar Peaks is an attractive and tough cladding that is wind tested up to 229 mph. It is a premium product that is meant for more extreme weather locations and will be more expensive than an entry level siding product. It is available in 4 distinct profiles and 22 color options.

Heartland CedarMAX
CedarMAX is a foam backed insulated vinyl that is the flagship product for Heartland By ProVia. The company contends that the cladding has a solid impact when it comes to energy efficiency (many installers think it is minimal) and that the foam backing provides better rigidity and straighter walls (most installers agree on this point).

Additional Materials
The cost for additional materials on most replacement siding projects will run $1 to $2 psf and includes things such as starter courses, housewrap, nails, trim pieces, soffits, fascia boards, etc.

Labor and installation for vinyl or foam backed vinyl siding will typically run $1 to $3 per square foot. There are many variables that can affect how a contractor bids out the labor, including the amount of worker’s comp the company carries, the installation requirements, the material cost, the removal requirements and the time of year that the project will occur.
